I am looking for a tool that can analyze the site, and suggest how a keywords on a given page can be linked to other pages on the same site based on focus keywords of those pages (which make up the URL slug as well). Can your tool accomplish this?

How does the software determine what words are keywords vs ordinary words

A clickable text in an HTML hyperlink is a keyword (anchor). As you know, anchors are vastly important for Google SERP. If that's what you're asking, there is no semantic perception in the program.
