Q: Time Tracking Issues - No Reply From Support Yet
Hi,
when my employees record time, it doesn't seem to update properly. When they pause it, the time changes and doesnt start off recording from where they left off. When the app is reloaded, time is also different. For example the employee has recorded 4 hours, however the activity time is only 2 hours. Also sometimes the time also is decreased when saving.
I like this software, however these issues cant be happening. Please guide me on what to do. As its pretty much useless if it can't record time properly due to syncing and UI issues.
