Q: Trackabi URL tracking is not working
I purchased the Tier 1 plan today and added 4 of my members, but none of their URL activity is showing.
Can you tell me how URL tracking will look and if there is any separate setting required for this?
And the URL tracking board is also not showing. Isn't URL tracking included in Tier 1?

Jun 10, 2025A: It's best to contact our support regarding this. They will check your account settings and guide you through what has to be done be changed. The settings are in Settings > Time Tracking and user roles.
