When will the desktop timer be fixed?

We have had numerous employees complain about Caching issues resulting in loss of recorded time. Also the desktop timer keeps crashing. We have to switch over to your web timer. Which is unfortunate as it doesn\u0027t take screenshots.

To be honest I\u0027m not sure what caching issues leading to loss of time you mean. Please send all of the details to our support. Anyway, the new much better version of the timer is in the final stage. We are doing some fine\u002Dtuning and will release it soon.
