⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Excellent Time Tracking App for Teams

I’ve been using Trackabi regularly, mainly for time tracking, and it’s been a game-changer for managing my work and team. The app is packed with great features, and I especially appreciate how simple it is to set up and manage teams, members, and projects. Everything feels intuitive and efficient, which makes onboarding new users quick and hassle-free.

One feature I’d love to see in future updates is the ability to decline submitted timesheets so the submitter can review, update, and resubmit them. This would be a valuable addition for teams with a more formal approval process (maybe it is there but I haven't been able to find it).

That said, Trackabi still earns a solid 5 stars from me. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and continues to improve, highly recommended!

I've had trackabi for approx 2 years now and its one of the best purchases I have ever made. The ongoing updates for time tracking, screen capture and project management as well as invoicing has saved me thousands in time and invoicing errors.

Trackabi offers a great time tracker. It is relatively straightforward to implement and has a lot of functionality. It allowed me to get a much better overview of my team's overall productivity. However, the Company can improve its customer service by organizing product demo's on the request by the client instead of trying to resolve all technical issues by email. In addition, 1 of the biggest limitations is that you can create multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to them. It would require you to duplicate projects and assign it to each client. I run an accounting practice, and I have the same tasks across all my clients. It is time-consuming and prone to error if I have to create projects for each new customer in order to have a workaround for this lacking feature.

I have been using Trackabi for more than 1 year now and managing Teams with it has been a breeze.

I no longer have to worry about whether the Employees are working responsibly or not as Trackabi ensures they work responsibly.
