Great value for money. Excellent Time Tracker
Trackabi offers a great time tracker. It is relatively straightforward to implement and has a lot of functionality. It allowed me to get a much better overview of my team's overall productivity. However, the Company can improve its customer service by organizing product demo's on the request by the client instead of trying to resolve all technical issues by email. In addition, 1 of the biggest limitations is that you can create multiple clients but can't assign the same tasks to them. It would require you to duplicate projects and assign it to each client. I run an accounting practice, and I have the same tasks across all my clients. It is time-consuming and prone to error if I have to create projects for each new customer in order to have a workaround for this lacking feature.
