The web app and the desktop app for windows provide an easy of use for timesheet tracking that is incomparable to other tools we have tried. It's easy to customize to your clients and setup. The reporting is so much easier for my contractors to use to bill me. And I can generate reports to progress against budget/hours.

The ONLY thing I'd like is a way to easily see start and end times on the timesheet in the desktop app and web app. That small (and frankly simple) addition would make it a 6/5!
