Refund Please
Hello! I am using this app for multiple people and it is not tracking correctly. We have spent numerous hours trying to fix the issue and it is not working. I would like Trackabi or app sumo to reach out about a refund.

Feb 13, 2025Interesting, how exactly were you trying to fix the issue you said you had? Based on your support request we received only today, the problem is likely caused by some misunderstanding of how to configure the system to reach what you expect. But you can have your refund of course.
