Bought the Tuberank on Feb 1, and tried to install it but my machine kept saying it was malware.
According to their tutorials, I accepted the installation anyway.
When I tried to open it, the program would close after 3 seconds.
I contacted their support, and, after a few hours of trying and failing, they told me to update my Mac and it should work. I did as they suggested, and made a clean install... and still the same problem: the program would close after 3 seconds.
The funny thing is that they know about this issue as they have a video tutorial in which they advise people to continue the installation disregarding the malware messages.
I guess that my antivirus is just stronger and did not let it work. Something is not right with this product.
I'll go ahead and refund and move on. Whoever is using it, be careful!
