Q: Difference b/t 3 and 4 codes, downgrade/upgrade option, and space
Hi there. Can you tell me what the difference is b/t 3 and 4, and also if we can upgrade/downgrade w/in the 60 day period, and also do the recordings take up space in email? I'm already struggling w/ email space and so that is important to me. Thanks!

Apr 15, 2025A: Hey, voice messages don't take up spaces if sent as clickable images (which is the default). We have the option to embed voice messages as mp3 files in the email, which does of course take up space (so probably not a good option for you, just stay with the default settings).
The difference between 3/4 codes is that you can invite 2 more team members who get all the features as well :)
