Q: Pre-Sale Questions About WhatsApp Widget Setup
Hi there,
I'm interested in purchasing the WhatsApp Widget for use on a Prestashop-based eCommerce website, and I have a few questions before moving forward:
1- I plan to use a new mobile number for this. Do I need to register the number with WhatsApp first before setting up the widget?
2- What are the main differences between a regular (consumer) WhatsApp account and a WhatsApp Business account? Which one would you recommend using with the WhatsApp Widget?
3-Once I’ve installed and set up the WhatsApp Widget on my website, will I be using it entirely as an online tool, or will I also need to download and use an app (on phone or desktop)?
4-Your site contains a lot of detailed information and advanced tutorials. Where can I find the basic documentation or a quick-start guide to help me get started smoothly?

1. You can use your WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business. It is the same.
2. For business, you should use WhatsApp Business. It has some extra features.
3. You do not need to download anything.
