Q: questions
Hi,
after setting up a new business WhatsApp account with a dedicated SIM, I registered on your site and copied the code in the website. Some questions:
1 is there are documentationavailable about your tool other then YouTube videos?
2 can you share links to basic tutorials on your YouTube channel?
3 my WhatsApp widget on the site is meant to replace the phone number and email that visitors stopped using, can I log in your platform and answer to visitors from there without mobile phone?
4 in Win10, I have the official app for personal WhatApp. the Business account is based on a new SIM dedicated for this job. Can I install and run also WhatsApp for Business ?

3) To manage your conversations you can use WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business or WhatsApp Web. We do not overlap with WhatsApp messaging. We give you leads, scoring, data, CRM, but not the conversations.
4) The best way to manage both WhatsApps in your computes ir to open one with the browser and another with the Desktop App. You can have two WhatsApps open in your computer.
