Data is stored in our US-based data center. We're fully compliant with CASA regulations, ensuring all AI agent-specific data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Original files of the knowledge bases are deleted immediately after it is stored on the vector database as vectors(list of numbers or encrypted in a way).

For the automation component, we don't store any data. Information passes directly between applications after you authenticate using your own credentials via OAuth, which bypasses our systems.

Re GDRP - we're not as of today, however we're planning to. SOC type 2 as well - currently we only started the process, however, it usually takes 6 months or more.
