Q: Ai Agent Knowledge files text - Scraping Update & Cost - Agents & Convo Bots Incld - Credit Clarity - Agency Plans?
Hi, i have a few question pls.
1. Can the info put i to the Ai agent be edited from a table view or list view to delete or add more overtime?
2. Will the url or file used changes be updated automatically, or it needs to be updated, deleted and or reloaded manually? can we put a timer or date or schedule it reloads or updates?
3. Pls clarify if BOTH Ai Agents Flows & Ai Convo bits are included or just Agents? I saw a question about it but cant find again.
4. About credit use - most say that typical credit = 7 words per token. But your site says, "you can think of a token as approximately 4 characters or 3/4 of a word in English". Is this becuase there is a premium atop basic cost? Not a big deal, just clarity?
5. Will you have an Agency offering anytime, sub accounts that can be over-lighted by 1 agency admin account?

May 13, 2025A: 1. Yes. Soon you will have separate knowledge base section where you can enrich/update/delete and plug into any AI agent you want.
2. We're going to add support for Live KB soon - what that means is that whenever you update your knowledge base, AI agent will automatically pick it up and learn so that you don't have to manually upload KB again.
3. Tier 3 Tier 4 contains the full product which are equal to our premium bundled plans with way more credits included.
4. We charge based on the tokens - just like how openAI works. A word "Apple" could be two tokens e.g: App + le.
