Q: Are there options to get more Knowledgebase characters as an add on?

Is this limit in total across the board or per agent? Hope there can be ways to increase this for better Knowledgebase and results.

A: Hello, Great question! Just to clarify—the Knowledge Base character limit is shared across your whole account, not per agent.

That said, the default limit is pretty generous and should cover most typical use cases. Also, one cool thing is that you can reuse the same Knowledge Base across multiple agents, so you don’t have to upload the same content more than once. It really helps stretch the limit further.

If you ever need to go beyond that—for example, if you're working with a lot of data or more advanced use cases—we’ve got add-on options available to expand your limit. Just let us know, and we’ll get you set up!
