1. Just wondering what "AI credits per year" actually means and if it and can be replaced with BYOK? If I bring my own DeepSeek key would it allow me to get around AI credits limit?
2. Also, regarding knowledgebase: What does 2,000,000 mean? Pages? Tokens? Characters?
3. Finally, what when we use-up our task credits? Can we purchase more? What's your plan there?
4. Does this deal include also the Chatbot functionality? I see on your website you separate chatbot and workflow functionalities. Which i find unusual.
5. How can we auto-trigger workflows? Cronjob / timer? API / webhook? via Button?
6. In your demo video, when setting up an AI Agent, it seems you can only provide 1 files, 1 URL or 1 free-text. Is this limitation correct or can we assign multiple of each? Or a combination? Do you provide regular updates for URLs?

2. Characters - similar to chatbase or any other chat AI platforms.
3. We're currently working on the add-ons where users can automatically purchase additional credits once the task/AI credits are ran off.
4. Appsumo plans = Agentic automation. So no, AI chat feature is not part of it.
5. Cronjob, API, webhook all works. Or even apps itself - https://mazaal.ai/en/apps/airtable look at the trigger section.
6. You can provide multiple files, websites - combination also works. In term of the URLs, we try to catch sitemap first and find all the URLs for you automatically, however, if not found, you can bring your own custom urls.
