Q: Want to make a Voice chat bot. Also give answer to my question in the description.
I recently purchased Tier 3 and want to build an AI agent using Mazaal AI that chats with website visitors and fully replaces the current executive handling queries. Does Mazaal AI support this use case accurately, and does it require coding knowledge?
Also, can I create a voice-based AI agent using my cloned voice so users can talk to it directly?
Lastly, does Mazaal AI support workflow automation like Zapier or Pabbly? For example, importing Google Ads Lead Forms or Facebook Instant Form leads into Google Sheets?
I also use Manyreach for email marketing, but I couldn’t find it in the integration list—can this be connected?

1. Answer to your first question - In general yes. However, it also depends on how strong your knowledge base is. There is a term exist - GIGO - Garbage input, Garbage Output - so doesn't matter how strong the platform/model is, if you have poor data and you wouldn't get what you want as an answer.
2. We do support https://mazaal.ai/en/apps/elevenlabs - however, if you're trying to build realtime support for your customers, you better off with different voice AI platforms as it's simply not our space we're playing.
3. Yes. Compared to pabbly, we're AI agent native so you can perform much more complex tasks that is not possible on these platforms.
4. Our early paying adopters/customers drive our integration roadmap. You can submit requests and vote on what you want to see next.
We then check out each potential integration – looking at its API, potential, user demand, etc. If it makes sense and checks the boxes, we get it into the development pipeline.
