Is there any plan to expand the WordPress integration? Instead of just new post, maybe related to users: a user being created, a user being added to a specific roles, etc? How about integration with FluentCRM, which is a popular WordPress CRM system?

Also, what about the possibility of embedding the support agent on a website - not as a popup window (which is reserved for your monthly subscribers), but directly on the support page? Is that possible?
