Evaluation of the software and challenges when using it
Criticism of the Software
It is a very good software as long as you don't use it as a white-label solution and especially as long as you don't want to use the Apple client.
Since the languages are not handled properly, I can't give this software five tacos because it is hardly usable with larger audiences.
It will be difficult to explain to 500 participants how to set the language in their client or how to activate the Apple software module on an Apple device so that it is not recognized as malicious software.
Therefore, the software still has a lot of catching up to do, especially when it comes to providing a white-label solution, as the white-label implementation is not consistent. It is quite difficult to understand when it is a white-label and when it is not. You have to study and read a lot.
The user interface and the use with Tier 5 is unfortunately not well implemented.

May 14, 2025Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience — we truly appreciate it.
We understand that adapting to a new platform can come with a learning curve, especially when working with advanced features like white-labeling and Apple device compatibility.
Regarding White-Labeling:
Yes, Meet Hour offers a truly unique white-labeling solution that does not require any third-party integration — something not commonly available in similar platforms.
To fully white-label Meet Hour, it’s important to configure it properly via the Branded Settings in your dashboard. Once configured and accessed through your custom domain, all features will function seamlessly just like they do on meethour.io. The only difference will be the branding and URL — everything else works consistently across both.
We acknowledge that the white-label flow may take some initial time to understand, especially for first-time users. But we’re here to help at every step — feel free to reach out to our support team if you need guidance.
Regarding UI and Usability:
You’re absolutely right — and we’ve listened! We’re excited to share that a completely redesigned UI is on the way. This update is built with user-friendliness and clarity in mind, especially for large audiences and enterprise clients. The goal is to make navigation and customization as intuitive and smooth as possible — across all devices.
Apple Client & Language Settings:
We do have dedicated apps available for Apple devices.
For iOS, you can easily install the Meet Hour app directly from the App Store.
For Mac, the app needs to be downloaded from our official website, as it is not currently listed on the Mac App Store.
Regarding language settings, we understand the current limitations. While the website is not yet fully multilingual, our team is actively working on this, and a multilingual version will be live soon. Once launched, users will be prompted to set their preferred language during account creation itself.
In the meantime, you can select your preferred language from the conference interface, or manually set it from your user profile settings. The system also attempts to auto-detect and apply language based on your location, but if it doesn’t apply correctly, you can easily override it.
