Q: Phone

Is there a way to disable the ability to call in by phone? For some companies it makes sense, but others want you there to show things, not just converse.

Q: Auto record feature request

Unless I've missed the feature, I'd love to see the option to auto begin recording once 2 or more people are in the room. Is this possible or on the list?

Also, a scalable UI would be nice. This looks fine on my laptop, but widescreen monitors make the UI look... off.

A: The 2-or-more scenario as a trigger for auto recording makes sense. I will add it to the list.

I agree on the need for widescreen support! I’ll add that into our planned UI upgrade.

Q: How to create more rooms?

I bought Tier 2 and I'm happy, but I can't figure out how to create more rooms. Where can I do that? Thanks. Maroš

A: Just log into your room as the owner and then go to menu / add-remove-manage-rooms. That’s where you can claim / set up your additional rooms you have as a tier 2.

If you want more rooms log into your app sumo account and upgrade there!

Hi,
I saw some but not really a full answer to your survival strategy. Is there a strategy to not end up like many of the failed product in the same space? Can you spend a bit of time to shed some light to us believers?

A: Hi. All I can say is we're well funded. I have a 20-person team and two years of cash in the bank. We'll be investing in both development AND marketing so that we become a well-rounded company. Also, I've been in the business of producing SaaS products since 2003, so I've been there, done that!

A: We brought on 1200 new customers in the last 10 days and yet most days we are getting to zero unanswered support tickets every shift (day shift and night shift).

So we do have support!
