Q: a few interesting questions before you buy
Hello
Since the data is stored entirely in the USA, I assume the tool is not GDPR compliant ?
Is it possible to use a custom domain per meeting ? So www.meinedomain.com/webinar
Is there a possibility to replace the logo at the top left with your own logo ?
Is it possible to write the emails inviting to the webinar completely in HTML ?
Is it possible to export the email addresses and names of the participants to a newsletter distribution list for further marketing follow-up or to edit them in Make.com, for example ?
I have an agency and would like to use the tool for onboarding or initial meetings with my clients, so a white label function would be very helpful.
Is there a way to let the customer sign the offer in the webinar, for example?

Apr 20, 2025A: 1. We are GDPR compliant. GDPR does not require data to be stored in Europe, only that proper procedures and encryption be employed if data is stored elsewhere.
2. Using redirects like that might lead to confusion for mobile users if deep linking fails and they need to enter a room name or event ID. I’d recommend using the direct links.
3. The Meetn logo will stay. It will be reduced, but even zoom keeps their logo there.
4. You can write fully html emails. We provide you with the raw details in text, and you can formate it or present it any way you like.
5. We do have an attendee report for scheduled events and recorded events. Webhooks for make integration (and zapier, pabbly, etc) are coming in about 3 months.
6. White label is a ways away.. we would need a web-based mobile experience first.
7. Not sure what you mean by “sign the offer in the webinar”. Do mean popping up a docusign doc? You can do that if you have the level of docusign (or a competitor) that gives you links that can be popped up in an iframe.
