Q: Time limits?

Hi, Are there time limits on conference calls or webinars on the different tiers? Will the call cut off after 40mins or 1hr like some platforms? I'm keen to support you! Looks great but I can't see the answer to this anywhere.

A: No time limits except that recordings can be a max of 4 hours

Looks like a great platform! A have a few questions: 1) How compressed are the videos? For example, if I do a 2-hour meeting, how much space should I expect that to take up? 2) You have a lot of great features for selling during the meeting/event. But can Meetn also be used to sell access to the event itself? 3) The description does a lot to promote the pre-loading of content. But then it appears that those features are only available to those who buy Tier 2 or higher. Seems like something that should be available at Tier 1. Am I missing something? 4) Webinar features also appear to start at Tier 2. Can you clarify what exactly are the webinar features? Thanks!
I am interested in MEETN (at least Tier 2) and would like to be able to locate MEETN as well, as most of my predominantly older customers only speak German. I would also like the participants to see only the menus that are relevant to them. Currently, participants see all menus, including those of the administrator, even though the participant does not have access to them. By far I would like if I could display my own logo at the top links instead of MEETN, I would also like the video quality to be improved. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much.
Many of us Sumolings (myself included) care a LOT about UI. Clean, modern interfaces that are a pleasure to look at help us use the tool more easily, more frequently, and enthusiastically share the tool with others. UI quality becomes a marketing lever. I’m encouraged that the Meetn team is reworking the UI. However, I worry UI updates won’t reflect the highest potential changes that could preserve Meetn’s branding/logo and exponentially enhance the look of the platform. Would it be possible to create a Slack group of selected users of Meetn who can give feedback on proposed UI designs? For example, the team that creates Sure-branded products (eg Surecart, Suredash, etc.) has a FB group where they show proposed UI updates before they spend time and resources developing it and launch. We can help give feedback!
I have a large team of very part-time contractors. It would be helpful if storage is pooled for the whole account versus siloed by room.
