Missleading Tier 1
It's not bad, (it works) but if you're interested in Tier 1 offer, as a webinar platform, this is not it.
Unfortunately I went through all the 1 hour training, as to only find out when setting up a presentation, that what I have is basically an open video chat platform. (i.e. like google meet)
None of this is stated anywhere. So just be warry.
Tier 1 does not do webinars, so I'm not sure what is the point of it... Google meet does the same job, and arguably much better.

Apr 30, 2025Unmm… the marketing pretty clearly states that tiers 2-5 are webinar rooms and that tier 1 is not. And we even clarified this when you wrote into support.
And Google meet can’t pre-load slides or videos and can’t do call-to-action popups, but our tier-1 can.
So, I hereby sentence you to life in Sumo jail!
(App Sumo offers are lifetime and so is App Sumo jail!)
