800 credits in combination with web search are too much in my opinion ... Only 25 prompts a month for a tier 3.

I purchased Merlin Tier3 on December 25, 2024 and I hadn't activated it.
I've been trying for a week now, but Appsumo always gives me the same message:
Hmm... it seems we can't connect to our partner's site at the moment. Please try to activate your product later or contact support@appsumo.com for help.

I've sent the email but I haven't gotten a reply and I still can't activate it.
