Q: How do the credits work?
Hi, Is it one question one credit. I believe on tier 2, its 12000 credits a month. Does that mean I can ask 12000 questions per month and it doesn't matter how long the AI response text is? Can you please provide a thorough explanation of how credits are used. Thank you.

Claude 3 Haiku 1

...where the number on the right is the query cost for executing one prompt with that model WITHOUT access to web data.
Accessing the web for your answers uses double the number of queries.
It doesn't count the length of output.
To help you visualise that, if you get Tier 2 (12k credits a month), you can ask 12000 questions every month, given you use models with query cost of 1 (GPT 4o Mini, Claude 3 Haiku and Gemini 1.5 Flash) and live-search turned off.
thomasius21Hello, how does this compare to the offer on stacksocial for the essentials plan that contains 20k queries? Does this mean that in that case I get those 20k queries irrespective of documents I upload and model i use?
105920885757392886759it's not really working as said, with web search 4omini uses 30 credits! also in PROJECTS, it seems to be using more than expected. please add transparency without people finding surprises, should be clear at each button. or refund or add x2 credits to my package. can contact me and add, thanks
