Q: I can't activate it

Hi,

I purchased Merlin Tier3 on December 25, 2024 and I hadn't activated it.
I've been trying for a week now, but Appsumo always gives me the same message:
Hmm... it seems we can't connect to our partner's site at the moment. Please try to activate your product later or contact support@appsumo.com for help.

I've sent the email but I haven't gotten a reply and I still can't activate it.

Hello.
After almost 4 months, Appsumo and Merlin finally reached an agreement to resolve the issue (one kept saying it was the other... and so on).
