Q: Please make clear what we get for the payment

Hi there. I´m confused what to get for my money.
Let´s name Tier 2: "Monthly Gift: $20 credit"
"Monthly Usage Time: 40 hours/month (Medium Plan)"
I understand that I´ll get 40 hrs/mth with the Medium Hardware configuration.
So good for installing everything I need (and could be that it changes every month or 2/3 times a month). And when I need more Power I can switch to Ultra Medium Hardware which is priced with $ 1.99 / h with Instant Access. So I understand I get about 10 hours with Ultra for the $20 credits.
BUT as I read othert questions and your answers this seems not to be the truth.
So please describe what we get here.
When it´s like I understand, I´ll give it a try immediatly. Otherwise please change the description immediatly.
Waiting for your reply. Thank you in advance!

A: It sounds like you're trying to understand how your Tier 2 payment of $20 per month translates into usage on our platform. Let me clarify how this works:

$20 Credit: When you subscribe to Tier 2, you receive a monthly credit of $20. This credit can be applied to any hardware configuration available on our platform.

Medium Plan: Under the Medium plan, which costs $0.49 per hour, your $20 credit will allow you approximately 40 hours of usage per month with this hardware setting.

Switching Hardware Configurations: You can switch to different hardware configurations at any time. For example, if you choose the Ultra Medium Hardware, which costs $1.99 per hour, your $20 credit will cover about 10 hours of use.

Alternative Options: If you opt for a less expensive configuration, such as the Medium Bargain at $0.29 per hour, you can stretch your $20 credit to get more than 40 hours of usage per month.

We try to be as transparent as possible with our descriptions, but I understand it can still be confusing. Essentially, your $20 monthly credit is flexible and can be used for different hardware options, varying the amount of usage time based on the hourly rate of the chosen configuration. I hope this clears things up for you! If it aligns with your understanding and needs, you might find our service suitable to try out.
