The pdf upload is only available for certain tier onwards, right? It is not available for tier 1, right? Please be specific what tier is needed for pdf upload? And, what can be done to ride on the promo to gain pdf upload?

I don't see how to purchase tier 4, for me to try out pdf upload, and adjust course creation, and export to scorm. Please adv.
