Q: Critical Minvo Service Failure - Immediate Clarification Required

o Minvo support and AppSumo team,

We are deeply frustrated with Minvo’s lack of support regarding the dubbing feature, which we recently upgraded and is now non-functional. This failure is costing us thousands of euros in penalties, and we are left without answers.

Where is your support? Why is AppSumo not stepping in to protect its customers? We invested in a service that is now unreliable, with evasive or no responses from Minvo. This is unacceptable.

We feel completely abandoned by AppSumo. How can you allow such negligence? When will the issue be fixed? What the hell is going on?

We demand immediate action and compensation for the damage caused by this situation.
