Q: Pro+ Ltd

I bought tier 2 and upgraded to Ltd pro+ for it. Is it too complicated if I upgrade my AppSumo deal to tier 3 or higher ? How will it work ?

If I plan on just uploading shorts and only adding in the captions using Minvo, does that mean I would have 2 hours per month of import input on the License Tier 1? Also, can we reuse projects or copy them and simply replace out the audio and captions?
So I bought Minvo tier 2 back in spring and stopped using it hoping you have fixed the editing bugs I have reported. So the first question is whether the software is usable now. Second question - I just logged in and see that my video is EXPIRED, so I have to RE-UPLOAD IT. Why is this happening? I bought this software to upload video and make various shorts on a regular basis as teasers for my long form content, so It makes no sense to expire the videos. I just didn't want to leave you guys a bad review, even though the product was unusable back in spring, so I hope it is in a better shape now.
Can I ask:- 1. Are you profitable based on MRR? 2. Why is your monthly price higher than Opus, which is quite well-known? 3. Can we limit features and use (e.g., upload amount, AI use, etc) per workspace, for agency-style use? Thanks!
What happened to "apply all" when farming? Also your software is very buggy. I refresh and lose all work. This needs fixing asap.
