Tried to create clips from a 5 minute youtube video, yesterday. Minvo was stuck "processing" it for over an hour, so I forced a reset and started over again. Three hours later, still no clips. I gave up and went to bed. Today, there are finally "shorts" but it took all night and made only TWO, and both of them are a full minute long. Not so short. Currently trying to edit, but apparently you can only edit or create new "shorts" by using the transcript / captions and over half my video is completely missing the captions. Which means I may have to upload the video ALL OVER AGAIN. Beyond frustrated at this point. I may have to ask for a refund.
