I used it many times, an awesome tool, and the tool is doing very well with English input, but my requirement is in Malayalam (India) Language, and it's not working properly, I purchased this tool Tier 4, on the belief of they are going to correct the issue with Malayalam language, I am only making video in Malayalam language, otherwise no need for me.

The main feature I liked is the, cutting properly with tracking the person in the video (Magic Frame), I used lots of clip generators from long videos, but almost all of them failed with actual person tracking.

The full video editor is another awesome feature, also correcting the subtitle in the editor is cool. The UI, the caption styles, download in different Aspect Ratio, even selecting the shorts length before processing, all are very well stacked and included.

There is an AI writer, but didn't have any use for me, so not used that much. I am not sure about its capabilities.

The magic media (Auto-add b-roll relevant to the moment), is need some improvements, not perfect. Magic cut also need some improvements, sometime its cut before ending before ending the point.

Also, the input-based minutes need some tweaks, because, almost all videos were uploaded or imported we already added intros, outros, and B rolls, all of these are not needed things for the generation of the shorts. So when you upload it should have taken less credit than the actual video input.

The Tier 5 actually not attractive, even if provide 100 hours input or less pricing would be a value for tier upgrade.

The 4 Tacos only because of this language issue and input minutes, I am happy with their responses, and hoping they will find some remedies for the issues I mentioned.
