I had high hopes for this platform. I'll change the review if I'm dealing with a one-time glitch, but I got the tool, setup my account, connected it to socials, uploaded a 12-min video, and now it's been over 2 hours and I have zero output. Just a screen that keeps telling me to wait 3-4 min. Really disappointed, but hope to hear from you asap through this review. I've found that if the creator doesn't have time to answer questions here, maybe they don't have time to optimize their software either.
