Modular DS never worked properly for me. Setting it up was easy, and it worked well at first. Backups were created reliably. But then the connection was interrupted almost every day. Updates to the WP plugin (Modular Connector) were unsuccessful. Modular DS probably doesn't work with security plugins. In any case, I'm removing all websites and waiting a few weeks until Modular DS is stable.
