Randomly starts taking up too much memory

The service looks good but I had issues with it. I run very a very lean VPS so it might be limited to my use case. It would work fine for a few days but then it would start taking up too much Memory sending me an alert, then it would be resolved and an hour later again too much memory. I sent a support ticket and waited 5 days and then another but no support response. I uninstalled the software because it was causing more issues than helping me stay alert to potential issues.

I still haven't been contacted by email from anyone at your organisation and I resent a reply to the ticket. These supposed support comments seem empty to me but we'll see within the next week If I receive a response from anyone.
