More Good Reviews Reviews

I picked up the agency license for More Good Review after realizing it could easily replace the custom review platform I built last year in WordPress for my clients. Honestly, I’m blown away by how much this software offers right out of the box. It’s incredibly feature-rich, with way more flexibility and polish than I ever could’ve built myself.

You can tailor the look and feel to match your brand or your clients’, and it covers all the essentials and then some. A great surprise was finding out that the three reminder emails per review don’t count toward your monthly review request limit. So if your plan includes 15,000 reviews a month, you still get the reminders on top of that. That’s a huge bonus.

Setup was smooth for the most part. I ran into a small snag trying to connect Amazon SES for SMTP, but then I found out it includes built-in SMTP via Mailgun, which made things a lot easier. I also made a feature request in the Discord (for a tweak to the review wall customizer), and Scott (the owner) had it done within hours!

Hands down, this is the best support I’ve experienced with any software platform. Scott is incredibly dedicated, and I’m confident this platform will only keep getting better.
If you’re on the fence, just go for it. It’s exceeded all my expectations, and my only regret is not finding it sooner.

If you run a digital marketing agency or a small business owner, you know reviews are important. This software is excellent at getting new reviews as well as showcasing them. I have implemented this on my sites already. There is very detailed documentation and the ability to white-label through my own domain is amazing.

The owner and development team is very active on Discord and via email. I emailed support about one small issue with one of the widgets, and four hours later, they had applied a fix and responded to my email.

This is a great buy!

Even if it was just a system for displaying reviews in a variety of fast-loading widgets on your site, this would be a five-star platform. But it's much more than that. It's amazing. Absolutely get it. The developer is awesome, and I'm so thrilled to be using it.

I like this app very much, I preferred it to all the others for sale on AppSumo. Maximum compatibility of scripts. I recommend it to everyone. I am curious to see future improvements, but already as it is fine for my needs.

I have setup More Good Reviews on one of my client sites, and have another account that I bought for good measure. The display is pretty good, but I would like to see a little more display control on the review landing page. That said, it's perfectly functional. The other issue I had was with adding the CNAME to have a custom domain. We use cloudflare for DNS, and they are also using cloudflare as well, which doesn't seem to work. The CNAME integration is still pending.

The Proxy is already turned off in cloudflare, and the error is still happening.
