Q: Open Phone, or eSIM?

We currently run our business on Open Phone and our mobile lines. Here are my questions:

1. Is there now, or will there soon be, the ability to use MsgBubble with Open Phone numbers (they use Twillio to source numbers if I'm not mistaken), or with eSIM so we can use our mobile providers numbers?

2. Can we port a number, or group of numbers, over from either Open Phone or mobile carriers?

3. Is there a mobile app for iOS/Android that could act as a replacement for Open Phone that would allow communication via text and voice from mobile devices?

4. Is there call routing functionality to send incoming communications through a series of users in order?

5. Is there a phone tree so a lead can select the appropriate department to communicate with?

A: Hi Superdang! We can work with you to port your numbers to us or you can port them to your own Twilio account and connect your own Twilio to MsgBubble as well. As far as advanced phone features like call routing and phone trees, those functions are not available yet but we are finalizing development on them now so they will be part of MsgBubble soon. Please reach out to us at support@msgbubble.com if you want to discussing porting further or any other features and projected timelines. Thank you.

Hey Joshua, thanks for responding. I'm still looking for an answer to this question before making a decision.
