Analysis of MsgBubble: Innovation in corporate communication

I want to share my experience with MsgBubble after purchasing it, hoping to help other users and offer constructive feedback. The platform is truly amazing, and its goal of centralizing client communications in one place is fantastic. I also want to highlight how attentive they are; they always respond quickly and are open to dialogue and constant improvement. This is precisely why I’m leaving this review, confident it will have a positive impact on the community.
However, here are some key points I believe are vital for Spanish speakers:
It’s important to complete the translations, at least in all areas that clients see. Although there are some parts in Spanish already, having the entire interface and notifications in our language would be ideal.
Any contact form, booking form, review request, or SMS, as well as the emails sent to clients, should be in Spanish, even if agencies see it in another language internally. This helps clients feel more comfortable and enjoy a better overall experience.
It would be really valuable to add custom domains and white labeling for the main account and sub-accounts, allowing agencies to resell the service with their own branding.
Although there are other aspects that might interest different buyers, I believe these three points are crucial for the profitability and viability of the platform, especially for the Spanish-speaking market. Since Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages globally, implementing these improvements should further expand reach and boost satisfaction among clients with limited English skills.
Finally, I think AppSumo could benefit by adding language filters to its offers. This would save us from having to ask one by one whether a platform offers full Spanish support. I believe that with available AI tools, most software can provide multilingual responses, but the interface and notifications still need polishing. Adding these filters would encourage more development teams to support key languages and, consequently, increase user satisfaction and revenue for these platforms.
