If I need to give some suggestions, I hope that prompt words for the summary Memo can be added or specified. Because the content summarized in the memo does not fully reflect the saved content. But overall, it's already great. I really like it. Looking forward to more useful features in the future.

I have another of other link-saving programs from AppSumo, including BetterStacks and IKI, all of which are good in their own way. What I really wanted was a note-taking app like Notesnook and this fits the bill somewhat. The AI features are a bonus, really.

I do get irritated when I see people slamming startup efforts in comments to the extent that the deal may be threatened. I want these companies to succeed. Thus, I am giving MyMemo a provisional 5 stars, not because it is perfect, but because it is a great deal for what is already here and working.

The main issue is that sometimes saving things is a bit slow - if you think the Chrome extension isn't working, look at the lower right corner and make sure the link is SAVED before closing the window. Also, sometimes I have tried to start notes in a Collection only to have them live in the top folder, so I have had to move them manually. I see from the team that this is already being fixed, so no biggie.

Positives: Clean interface, and the note taking works well. The MemoCast feature seems intriguing, and I'll need to play around with it a bit but it's a unique and fun idea.

I'm looking forward to seeing this app evolve.

I purchased the Tier 3 plan of MyMemo.
The memo display is clear, intuitive, and easy to use, which makes it a very convenient tool.

I really like the MyMemo app, and I plan to continue using it in the future.

However, I have a few concerns at the moment, so I’d like to share my feedback:

1. The chat function doesn’t work well when importing documents or analyzing YouTube videos. It often references completely unrelated documents or fails to find the intended document.
This happens almost every time.

Since the chat cannot access the specific document I want to reference, the chat feature doesn’t function as intended.

2. The summaries generated for YouTube and documents are often too short.
It would be helpful if users could choose the summary length—such as Short, Medium, or Long—based on their needs.
Ideally, I’d like to be able to control the summary length through the chat, but since the chat isn’t working well, I can’t even ask it to summarize specific documents.

3. When I import Japanese voice memos (MP3), the source is often recognized as English.
I’d like to use this feature for transcriptions, but at the moment, it often doesn’t work as expected.

If these issues are addressed, MyMemo could become an outstanding memo app, so I’m looking forward to its future improvements.

An excellent opportunity to have a service like MyMind, with a lifetime deal. I really like the memocast, the summarisation works well. But the platform is still very immature. It is often unable to analyze web pages, because it appears not to be able to manage cookies. I hope they will improve things, because the platform is very well designed.

I have really tried to love MyMemo on two different occasions. One was a few months ago, it was frustrating and I requested a refund.

However, I saw potential in it and bought it again as an investment for the future. After a few months, I gave it another chance a few days ago.

While I feel they have been improving, the software today is frustratingly slow. I understand the concept, I love it and I wish it worked well, but simple things like uploading a PDF and then searching for it by its exact name doesnt work well.

That, and the software's response times are very slow.

I hope they improve, I really do because I can't even return it this time. But I trust they are on the right path and won't fall behind with all the changes their competitors are making. To date, Capacities or Evernote are far ahead of MyMemo. And Capacities is relatively new to the market.
