i was skeptical at first before purchasing basically from the reviews to be frank the recent review has not been wonderful, i went around all over the internet finding more information on mystrika there was not much information, in the end i decided to take the risk and see if the software is as bad as those reviews to my surprise it has so far exceeded my expectation mystrika has all the required cold email functions plus more e.g. warmup email, custom domain forwarding and spintax all in the package looking forward to make use of the system after my mailboxes are warmed.
There are some issues with my email provider titan email though titan seems to be a little too strict with the email content and block my email initially i have since changed to my provider email system and it works well now. Sorry for the lengthy read and i hope my review helps you make a decison.

Poor tech, poor deliveribilty, poor interface

After loads of campaigns. No email sending limit is justified. I'd have refunded the next day if I knew about its poor quality. Got my emails into spam and nothing else, as a result.

It's been 4 WORKING days i sent them an email and got no answer.
My problem is that my campaigns are switched off by themselves for no reason. I have about 7-10 email accounts warming up and just warming up. No active campaign, so no bouncing emails, checked DNS and are fine, checked blacklists and also fine... so... Can anyone tell me why? how do i solve it?
I have also DoYouMail, from the same company, and since that is not part of this deal i won't comment anything, but am opened to tell anyone who replies to this post my negative experience with them.
This is the most OWNER oriented company i've ever seen, they don't care about clients.
I give 3 tacos because the software works, all they need to be customer oriented.

Please note, our team doesn't work over the weekend (that means Saturday and Sunday), unless it's a system disruption. As today is Monday, I would assume the email was sent on Friday and hence yet to finish 48 hours of SLA.

Poor Tech Support
There's a big room for an improvement, espeically in Techcnial Support.
While in attempt to get the technical info about how to set-up my own Domain, SPF, DMARC, when asked the founder, he chose to not provide all necessary information and help the customer but then limit in helping but suggesting to purchase his another product which was Not Part of AppSumo. I bought the highest Teirs but got mine Refunded.
