A: SELF-HOSTED VERSION AND APPSUMO LICENSE
We always strive to serve our community to the best of our abilities, and yes, it is absolutely possible to run your NoCode-X environment or instance as self-hosted. However, it’s important to clarify how this works with the AppSumo license.

The AppSumo license is specifically for the SaaS version of NoCode-X. If you’re interested in a self-hosted setup, you would need to explore a separate on-premise licensing option. For this, we encourage you to reach out to us directly, and we’d be happy to discuss the details and assist with the setup process.

HOW SELF-HOSTING WORKS
For a self-hosted version, all you need is a Kubernetes (K8s) environment. Once you have that, you can deploy NoCode-X using our HELM chart, and you’ll be ready to go. This gives you full control over your infrastructure, allowing you to manage and scale resources as needed.

CPU MINUTES AND RESOURCE USAGE
In a self-hosted setup, the CPU minutes limit from the AppSumo SaaS license does not apply. Instead, the self-hosted license is based on the assigned resources and the available capacity of your infrastructure. While resource consumption is still tracked, it’s primarily for your information and monitoring purposes, as you are in full control of the environment.
