I have been testing this product for over a month now and am really impressed with the quality of the responses. I did have to add some questions/answers to the "Manual AI instructions" section to correct a couple of incorrect responses (however, I have not tried any chatbot yet that answers every question correctly 100% of the time). The answers provided feel more intuitive than other chatbots I have tried from AppSumo, and it is not overly complex to set up.
Very impressed so far, and outstanding for the price!
My only feedback so far to the developer is I would love to see a specific FAQ option to be implemented for training the bot. This is currently possible by adding the questions and answers into the Manual AI instructions box, however, it would be a little easier to review and manage I think, if there was a separate question/answer section where the text could be formatted if we wanted to.
Great product though and a "keeper" for me :)
