Q: Can you share some love on email support?

I picked up license tier 4, but I've encountered a small issue. I can't recall my Nowa password, and I'm not receiving the password reset email for my account. I've attempted to reset my password multiple times, but the email isn't appearing in my inbox or spam folder. Could you please assist me with this? I've also sent you an email requesting help, but I haven't received a response. I would greatly appreciate your support in getting my account back up and running!
