I Told You So...
I wanted to post my review of Noysi 2 years ago...but Appsumo didn't approve my review.

Below is a summary of what I wrote about NOYSI 2 years ago (that was nor approved):
When I started using NOYSI, it seemed like a promising platform with great potential. However, my initial excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to terrible leadership, poor PR, and neglect of user needs. The CEO, Héctor Castillo, has demonstrated arrogance and hostility toward users, fostering an environment of censorship and disregard for feedback. These behaviours are tarnishing NOYSI’s reputation and alienating its loyal customer base.
Despite promises of improving the platform, NOYSI has failed to deliver any significant updates or enhancements. For instance, the much-anticipated improved Task Manager has been delayed for over a year. Instead of focusing on fixing these issues, the company has launched a new ERP platform called Yourteam.tech. This raises serious concerns about how resources are being allocated, especially when NOYSI claims to lack the manpower to improve its existing platform.
When I raised these concerns in the official chat, I was abruptly removed without explanation. This isn’t an isolated incident. Many other users have reported being blocked or censored for questioning the company’s decisions. This behaviour reflects a troubling pattern of ignoring user feedback and silencing dissenting voices. Such actions not only harm NOYSI’s image but also stifle innovation and open communication.
The leadership style of Héctor Castillo is at the heart of these issues. His approach to PR is combative rather than constructive. When users like myself provide feedback or suggestions, we are met with hostility instead of engagement. In one instance, I was accused of sharing an affiliate link when I merely suggested features from another platform to improve NOYSI’s offerings. My comments were deleted, and my concerns were dismissed outright. Such behaviour erodes trust and creates a toxic environment for users.
The decision to launch Yourteam.tech while neglecting NOYSI is particularly baffling. Loyal users have been waiting for years for updates and promised features that never materialised. Meanwhile, resources are being poured into a new project, leaving existing customers feeling undervalued and frustrated. This misallocation of resources is a clear sign of poor strategic planning and leadership.
Potential users and investors should take these warning signs seriously. NOYSI’s neglect of its current user base and failure to fulfil promises raise doubts about its reliability and long-term viability. The CEO’s behaviour—marked by censorship, arrogance, and a lack of transparency—only adds to these concerns.
Unless NOYSI undergoes significant changes in leadership and prioritises its existing users, its future appears uncertain. The platform’s potential is being squandered by poor decision-making and an inability to address user needs. For now, all eyes are on how Héctor Castillo and his team respond to these issues. Will they continue to ignore criticism and alienate their user base, or will they take meaningful steps to rectify their mistakes? Time will tell.
