Just like another review stated the website and application are down with no sign of returning. Additionally, functionality that should be present simply doesn't work and the self serve support bot is filled with outdated and incorrect information. My business operations has taken a big hit due to the lack of functionality and access to the software. We now have to fight an uphill battle to maintain our reputation with clients.
