This tool is deeper then the surface appears

So I finally did it. I took the plunge and pulled Nureply off the shelf. I am not a cold email person but others in my private community swear by the results. I think the biggest problem I have with cold outreach is because I hate when people throw blind emails over the fence. Surprisingly enough this tool solves that problem.

Be warned this is not a B2C tool or (Business to Consumer) tool. This is purely a Business to Business designed tool.

I love the fact that it goes out and searches LinkedIn or the Web and brings that information back to you to help craft the icebreaker emails. That is Gold.
Give the tool a spin as it is will surprise you. Tool many easter eggs to explain.

I love the campaign feature and the email warm up. Nice touch. Congrats to you and your team. Pick up the tool only if you want to do cold email.

Clean UI, fast support, and high-potential!

I had zero cold email experience before using this. Here's my honest take:
- Nureply's UI is clean.
- I was new to this, so I used their Knowledge Base. The beginner docs are easy to follow. Took me half a day to understand how to use the platform and the fundamentals of cold outreach
- Their email support replies fast. The founder has a great personality

What I'd like to see in the future
- A community channel for users to chat and exchange information
- Live chat for quick help.
- More languages for single personalization (currently a few).

Im using tier 1, but thinking about upgrade to tier 3 (at least) or tier 4 ⭐

Disappointing Experience – Feels Like a Pre-2000 Product

I purchased Tier 3 of NuReply expecting a solid outreach platform, but was met with immediate issues. The sign-up page is buggy, and once inside, the experience goes downhill fast.

The platform is full of coding errors, and the UX/CX looks and feels like something built before 2000 — clunky, outdated, and far from intuitive. It’s clear this tool hasn’t been properly maintained or tested before release.

I wish the team well and hope they can turn things around, but for an established business, I wouldn’t recommend it in its current state. Let’s see how things go in the future — for now, I’m requesting a refund.

I'd be very interested to see what was a problem. The appsumo team does extensive testing with the onboarding flow multiple times before release. What specifically happened during onboarding. Want to get this solved for you.
