Clean UI, fast support, and high-potential!
I had zero cold email experience before using this. Here's my honest take:
- Nureply's UI is clean.
- I was new to this, so I used their Knowledge Base. The beginner docs are easy to follow. Took me half a day to understand how to use the platform and the fundamentals of cold outreach
- Their email support replies fast. The founder has a great personality
What I'd like to see in the future
- A community channel for users to chat and exchange information
- Live chat for quick help.
- More languages for single personalization (currently a few).
Im using tier 1, but thinking about upgrade to tier 3 (at least) or tier 4 ⭐
