1. After you remove the code from your website we will not be able to perform on-page optimization, so our generated meta tags will not be live anymore. But once you install the code again, tags will become live.
2. Our system works on top of everything you have on the website, including squirrly. Our system will take a look at some things that squirrly has done (for example, tags generated by squirrly) and will override them by newly generated tags. Same for alts, and anchor titles.
