Q: Hi!

I like the idea, but some things come to mind:
1. What happens to all the pages that can't be optimized (assuming 500 are maxed out and the site has 3000 pages).?

Keeping in mind it's a wordpress site that already has a SEO plugin using an automated structure and optimizations.

2. Is it possible to somehow download all the meta-data generated? In case a client part ways but already paid for the optimizations, and whatever was created needs to be left placed inside the CMS's SEO meta data.

Besides this, I've already had a bad experiences with having a dependency on third-party servers for basic rendering data (timeouts, slowing down the page, 4xxs and 500xs, etc...). So I would prefer having the data locally inside my SEO plugin

Thanks!

A: Hi David,
We're glad you like the idea! 😊
1) The system offers full flexibility: you can choose which webpages to optimize. The others will maintain their original tags as before.
Nytro works seamlessly with SEO WordPress/CMS plugins. This is because we process and optimize the final HTML output (regardless of which plugin was used, or what structure they created) and create a rendered optimized page. P.S., we do not change page content or schema data.
2) Yes, we offer the option to download all data in the system into XLS files, including keywords, scores, meta-tags, pages, etc. You can then manually update the CMS pages. However, I wouldn’t recommend this for two main reasons: Firstly, this is an extremely time-consuming and costly task (Nytro does it much more cheaply and cost-effectively), and secondly, the idea that you only optimize meta-tags once is obsolete. It does not account for ranking volatility, which is common due to search engine algorithm changes. Nytro’s adaptive algorithms reassess the effectiveness of the meta-tags constantly and implement corrective measures when rank drops occur.
3) Yes, I understand your viewpoint; having the tags in the CMS would always be nice. As you know, any online systems may experience downtime, including your website hosting provider. Nytro uses robust, fail-safe AWS infrastructure with less than 99.9% downtime. You need to balance the cost and potential downtime failure, which in our case, is very low. Firstly, because your website ranking is determined each time it's crawled by the search engine bot, let's say once a week. So, you need to have a situation where the less than 0.1% failure will occur at that exact time. Secondly, even if the crawler doesn't see the optimized meta tags one time, it doesn’t immediately de-rank you.
We would be delighted if you give our system a try. You have a 60-day, no-risk, money-back guarantee. Best regards, Lee
