Q: Hi...
My Team is having issues logging into Ocoya for the last few days. I am currently deleting their Profiles and resending the links to both of them.
My Team wrote the is what's happening, "When you enter your email to sign in, it emails you a link to click to verify your email. When we click a link, it sends us back to the same login screen, and when you enter your email, it sends another email link for you to click on."
Please advise on how to fix this issue. Thanks

Hello...can we get some help here. 3 of us have been reaching out to the Ocoya Team and we have gotten no response. We have not been able to use the system for 3 weeks now and have been manually posting. I would appreciate if someone can help us resolve this or we will just move on to another service provider. Thanks
